The Service Report was given by Steve Pretanik.  Marty then mentioned the coat checking on March 17, 1965.  Membership Report was given by Ed Skea.  Ed stated that the initiation was held, and that the directories in the classification forms were completed and being distributed.  Roger Crouse gave the Administration Report which consisted of mentioning the party that GSS had planned on March 6, 1965 that Folly Lodge from eight to 12 p.m., the banquet to be held at the Lord Jeff, and the awards committee has been completed and will soon meet.  Larry Reinhardt in the finance report which consisted of a rundown of the expenses for the dance coming up.  They totaled $315 thus far excluding the costs of refreshments.  Also, dues are due!

MSP: to add to article XI of the chapter constitution a new shack section 6 which reads as follows: in the event the dissolution of the chapter, a written report of any money or property and shall be filed by the chapter with the University and a copy with the national executive director of Alpha Phi Omega.  Such money or property shall be held, the money in an inactive account, until the reactivation of the chapter.  (Roger Crouse)
